IBCLC, RN/BSN, MA, CCE, IYCF Dana works one on one with parents/ families and offers evidence based recommendations to meet their pregnancy, childbirth and lactation goals. She trains professionals to better care for parents/ families with excellent knowledge from pregnancy through the first years. She builds partnership among those working to promote and support breastfeeding/chestfeeding in the medical community and helped found ALPI (Association of Lactation Professionals India) in 2016. She continues to dream of the day when every parent's/ family's reality is receiving antenatal education and postnatal care to support their new baby with success. Education is not only a personal choice but a public health intervention to save babies' lives and empower parents/ families and children to experience the best beginning.
